The wonderfully quirky Balingup Medieval Carnival is only a couple of weeks away! — Friday 26th – Sunday 28th, August 2016.
One of our regular carnival guests has just cancelled due to work commitments . . . which leaves a rare vacancy in a one bedroom Cottage!
When he emailed us he summed it up by saying . . . “Where else in the world can I don heavy chainmaille armour and carry a live war sword at my left hip and not feel out of synch?”
The whole town takes on the atmosphere of a medieval village. The costumes are fabulous . . . the food and market stalls diverse . . . there’s loads of music and entertainment, jousting, sword fighting, battle re-enactments . . and then there’s the the ‘burning of the dragon’ on Saturday evening.
If you’ve ever wanted to join us for what is a terrific event…then call now on 9764 1283 to book, or go to the booking page of our website.
